100 Percent Soccer offers the following Returns Policy: Return of Defective Items: If an item you receive is defective it may be returned to us to repair or replace; simply follow our return procedure within 30 days of having placed the order. If the item is designated as a "SALES FINAL" item, is no longer under warranty therefore we cannot replace or take back for credit for any reason/s. If your item carries a longer manufacturers warranty, please contact us for directions. Please note, many of the items we sell are professional quality gear designed to be lightweight or sensitive, and are not necessarily designed for performance. Exchange of Items: If within 30 days of placing your order you discover that you need to exchange the item you have purchased with another, please follow our return procedure.
All orders are shipped USPS Priority. If you require signature for delivery/acceptance of your package there is an additional charge of 3.00. You must request this service in writing in the order comments box at check out. You will be contacted by email or phone to process payment for this additional service.
We will inspect the items to ensure that it they are unused and send you the items you requested in exchange. You are responsible for all shipping charges for items being exchanged or returned. We are not able to exchange items that have been used. Cancellation of Order If you wish to cancel an order, or part of an order, please contact us by telephone or email immediately. For standard items, we will cancel your order so long as it has not been shipped.
For sales qualified as free shipping. Items can be returned under our Return conditions. Credit for returned item will be applied minus expense of shipping from 100%Soccer to customer. Free shipping is in the Continental USA only.
We are an environmentally conscious entity. We reuse and recycle boxes. For most clearance items including footwear we will ship in the most efficient environmental impact way. This can mean shipping footwear/item without its original box. This also applies to FREE shipping services. If you must have item/footwear shipped in original box please specify. Additional shipping charges might apply.
For custom items, we can cancel you order so long as the item has not been produced. If the item has already been shipped, please follow our return procedure within 30 days of having placed your order. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items: The following items are not returnable and may not be exchanged: • Items that are purchased on sale. Sale items may be exchanged for another item or for store credit. There are no cash refunds for sale items. • Any jersey on our website with a name or number is a customized item. Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. • Replica jerseys (Jerseys that have been customized with names or numbers, even if they are player names or numbers) • Items that show signs of being used • Gift cards or any such stored value items • Any item that has been customized.
This includes items with added patches or stitching. • Special orders, for example team uniforms, cannot be returned or exchanged. Return Procedure: To return an item contact us by telephone or email in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of placing your order. Then, send the item to us via UPS or insured U.S. Mail with the Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package. We will pay for all shipping costs if we have sent you the wrong item. For defective items please contact the manufacturer directly.
