Refund policy

At 100 Percent Soccer, we’re committed to making sure you love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please make sure the following conditions are met:

• The return is initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

2. How to Return

Returning an item is simple:

1. Contact Us: Email us at [db100soccer@aol.com] or visit [Your Returns Portal Link]. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Prepare Your Return: Package your item securely in its original packaging.
3. Ship the Return: We’ll provide a prepaid return label (return shipping fees of $X will be deducted from your refund) or you can purchase your label on your end.
4. We do not accept returned worn items for full or partial refund. Item must be in brand new condition in its original packages and tags attached as original.

3. Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
• Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees paid by customer are non-refundable. If you originally received free shipping this cost will be deducted from your refund.
• No refunds will be honored for used merchandise.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem! We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Just reach out to our support team to initiate the process.

Original item must be in brand new condition with its original tags and packaging. We do not accept USED items or items with signs of wear (such as having been washed or general wear conditions) for exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at db100soccer@aol.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
